Why do you go into the home?
The home is a unique environment. We need to see it in order to develop a realistic plan for your family. For example, where is the best place for you to set up a cool down space? It lets us get more “buy in” from your child, which means more follow-through from them. Not to mention it’s WAY more convenient for you!
What if I need more help?
That is the benefit of having experts! If we know you will need more intensive help, we will not hesitate to tell you. We will be glad to refer you to programs we trust.
What if my kid needs help in school?
We know how intimidating talking to the school can be, so our universal behavior plan is designed with that in mind. You will be able to hand this sheet over to your child’s teacher or administrator to help them give your child the same security they learned at home.
Payment
Do you accept insurance?
We do not accept insurance for a variety of reasons. Firstly, insurance requires a mental health diagnosis for reimbursement. We strongly feel that not everyone needs a mental health label such as, depressive disorder, anxiety disorder, mood disorder or bipolar disorder.
What sort of payment do you accept?
All major credit cards and checks. No monopoly money please.
